Doesnt work as expected

Hi,
I buy this app at the 1.x family version and it works very nice with all my videos (including wmv ones).
But since it get updated to 2.x family version it only works with stock videos, and my wmv favorite videos stop to work.
I request support on official website and got NO ANSWER. So i pay for what? For nothing. Its a disrespect for your costumers acting like that.
So im here writting this testimonial HERE on app store, wondering if its loud enough to be heard by machsoftwaredesign (app developer) and get a answer or a fix.
